The Krapohl Ford & Lincoln mission and our seven core values reflect the selfless personalities of our founders, Bob and Harold Krapohl.

From the start more than 70 years ago, they envisioned Krapohl Ford & Lincoln as a member of the community, one that could make differences — large and small — in Isabella County.

Today, our one-sentence mission includes, “while sharing our success with the community.” One of our core values is “community,” outlined with four ways we live up to this pledge:

  • We are committed to serving and supporting our community.
  • We contribute to success in the community through benefits held at the dealership.
  • We support Krapohl team members involvement in the community.
  • We represent Krapohl Ford & Lincoln positively within the community.

In 2020, Krapohl Ford & Lincoln made this core value part of how we describe ourselves in television commercials, on billboards and on social media. We do this to use our 70-plus-years reputation in the community to encourage others to join us in supporting worthwhile causes. Krapohl Ford & Lincoln highlights on Facebook and Instagram its support of various Mt. Pleasant organizations and causes. You'll see our tagline of: Local Dealership. Local Commitment.

We hope to see you soon at one of the many charitable events at the dealership or in Mount Pleasant and Isabella County.
